ACNS’10, the 8th International Conference on Applied Cryptography and Network Security, will be held in Beijing, the capital of China in 2010. With 7 times’ successful holding experiences, the conference has now become one of the most reputable in the area. 3. Exhibitors’ Presentations

Corporations could delegate a representative to make presentations on their products to the attendees. It is a great opportunity to introduce your products in details to the audience and expand the products’ awareness.Your presentation cannot be less than 10min, and not more than half an hour. More time will be more expensive. You need to pay $400 for 20min as a basic payment, and $600 for 30min.

Marketing Opportunities for Sponsors and Exhibitors

1.Logo on Pre-proceedings Promotion Rate:$7,500

ACNS’10 will choose excellent papers and compile and print them into books named pre-proceedings which are to be distributed to every attendee at the registration desk. Your logo will be on its front cover which is distinct marketing way. Only 3 quotas are available now.

2.Company Introduction on the cover of Pre-proceedings

1) Separate Individual Company Introduction Rate:$10,000

A whole page of either the inner cover or the outside cover is used to deliver your company introduction. Two quotas are available.

2)Short Company Introduction Collectively with Others’ Rate: $5,000

We also plans short introduction of companies collectively on the cover page.3 to 4 quotas are available.

It is suggested that each attendee wear the conference T-shirt (but not compulsive) on which your logo will be printed. Only one quota is available.

9.Other Marketing Plans and Services

Besides the above plans we will try to meet your request regarding to your promotion ideas. We can provide the printing services for you, such as the printing of posters, company brochures; make X-exhibition racks display and rent the necessary facilities for your booth. The price is good.

Note:
1)	Discount. Regarding all the above items, discount is available and subject to the specific registration time. The earlier registration, the more discount.
2)	Group (3+) Discount. If you purchase three (3) or more Delegate registration passes at the same time, you could get toll-free pass for one person in your group, and every three has this preference. To receive the Group preference, you will be required to purchase a minimum of three (3) Delegate passes in a single transaction.
3)	Cancelation Policy. All registrants who cancel prior to the conference or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee. Once you submit your registration you are not entitled to a refund. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
4)	Substitution Policy. Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email（Email：nietao@onets.com.cn OR jadewang111@gmail.com）。
5)	Payment. Only accept payment by bank transfer.

注：

1) Discount. 以上各项费用均可享受折扣，这取决于您的注册时间。折扣的原则是，注册时间越早，享受的折扣越低。

2) 团体（3+）优惠。。若您的参会代表注册人数超过3人，那么其中一个成员可免费获得代表证；同时，每注册三个可享受一个免费代表证。例如，您的代表注册人数为4人，其中一人可免费；人数为8人，其中两人可免费。

3) 取消注册。 您在会议前取消注册或未出席会议，大会将不退回您的注册费用。另外，取消注册并不能取消您的酒店住宿预订，所有与会代表均需自行安排住宿，如无特殊情况，组委会不组织安排住宿。

4) 代替规定。 已注册的参展商可将参展权移交给其它公司，只需以邮件的方式将真实的请求以书信形式并签字盖章发送于组委会即可。
